We want you to love every product you receive from Aubrey’s Baby Goodies.

Because our items are personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. For that reason, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, except under our 30-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee.

Return Process

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first using the contact form on our website or by emailing aubreybabygoodies@gmail.com.
We’ll evaluate your concern and determine whether a return, store credit, or replacement is appropriate.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or a replacement product. We do not offer cash refunds.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that doesn’t meet our conditions.

If you’ve used our Hair Growth Oils or ScalpCalm FX consistently for 30 days and haven’t noticed any improvement, you may be eligible for our 30-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee — designed to give parents peace of mind when trying something new.

How It Works

  1. Email aubreybabygoodies@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date.

  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the product (including the empty bottle), and a brief explanation of your experience.

  3. Our team will review your claim and may ask a few follow-up questions to better understand your results and routine.

If approved, you’ll receive store credit or a replacement bottle — one per household.

Please Note

  • Applies only to Eczema Oil, and ScalpCalm FX.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Abuse or repeated claims will void eligibility.

  • We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet policy terms.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only in specific cases as determined by our team.

If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit or a product replacement within 5–7 business days of approval.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products (unless part of the Empty Bottle Guarantee)

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Shipping fees

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can make it right.
