CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Thank you for your shopping with Aubrey's Baby Goodies!  No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. Currently we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the instance your order has not shipped, we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.

If your package was damaged upon arrival, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a picture to decide the next step.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Aubreybabygoodies@gmail.com
