f you’ve ever dealt with eczema, you know the struggle. Dry patches, constant itching, and half the products on the shelf either do nothing or make it worse. This oil surprised me. It’s light, doesn’t leave your skin greasy, and most importantly—it doesn’t sting when you put it on. That alone makes it a win.

I’ve used it on my arms and my daughter’s legs during flare-ups, and we both got real relief. Normally I keep my opinions to myself but this doesn’t sit right with me. I order these items on 05/04/2021. Eight days later, on 05/12/2021, I received an email stating that my items had been shipped… you’d think that’d be great, right? No! I have been constantly checking the tracking to see if there are any updates but nothing. In the beginning I wasn’t bothered because it’s COVID and I understand. However, yesterday, I emailed the owner and received no response. So I decided to DM the owners. We exchanged pleasantries, I expressed my issues and concerns to which I got a response stating that my items were dropped off on Monday and the reason why it may not be updating is because they can’t verify my address. I was then asked to verify my address. I took a screenshot of the address I inputted when ordering these items (which is the correct address) and sent it via DM on Instagram. I received an, “okay thank you lol”. Not too sure what part of our conversation was funny. I tracked the order again, in which nothing has been updated. I find it funny how everyone says, “spend your black dollars on black businesses”, “why don’t you patronize black businesses?” This is the exact reason, extreme unprofessionalism. I should not have to wonder where my items are if I purchase something from you. I shouldn’t have to beg you to take my money. I’d rather spend my black dollars on the assurance of a big business delivering my purchased products and not laughing when I inquiry about where they are. I DM’d them again today, 05/20/21 at 1:1pm PST and have yet to receive a response. If I am within earshot of a discussion where this company comes up, I will tell them how horrible their customer service is and to not waste their energy, time or money.

It’s reall is clearing my 4 month old skin really well please get you some it’s no joke.
